People are often surprised when I tell them I went to college to be an Accountant. But about 3 and a half years in, I had the opportunity to take a job with Microsoft at a call center in Madison with the roll out of Windows 95, and I have been in the IT field ever since.
When the Windows 95 roll-out started to slow down, I took a job as a technician at a local computer company in Beloit Wisconsin where I quickly rose up to be the Service Manager overseeing a staff of 4 to 7 technicians. However, after 11 years and constant pressure from ownership to "bill bill bill", I knew that we differed fundamentally on how to service our customers and started my own company.
Many IT companies are primarily concerned about their bottom line. They look for ways to sell you services that will help them generate revenue for their company. I tailor my services for your bottom line. Whatever makes the most sense for your business will always be my recommendation, regardless of how much I make from it. By helping you have an efficent and effective business, we'll both be able to grow together.

I am available to consult with your or your staff when problems arise with your software. I am available for remote or on-site assistance.
I will work with you to establish the appropriate cloud size and available resources for your business.
I work on your schedule, not mine. I am always available when you need me. There is no extra charge for after hours or weekend work.
Due to the high level of trust I have with my clients, many elect provide me with keys and/or alarm codes so I can service their equipment after hours so I do not interrupt their daily work.
